has telegraphed Dr. H. H. Kung August 2nd as follows:
Earliest possible delivery

Craft and Northrop Corp.; during December Martin, early
January Douglas during February no good planes available
except those ordered by Dr. H.H. Kung. There are some
secondhand planes but do not recommend to buy, they are
useless. Refer to 18th word (ammunition) of same telegram,
can secure F.0.B. Factory 1,000 dynamite thirty pound
fragmentation bombs U.S.G. $32.00, fifty pound demolition
bomb U.S.G. $64.50, sixty-one pound demolition U.S.G. $99.50,
2,000 two hundred pound demolition U.S.G. $160.25,
delivery in five weeks after receipt of orders 200 bombs
each week. Suggest that you make them in China.
Can secure machine gun cartridges per 1,000 pieces
c.1.f. Shanghai, 50,000 50 caliber U.S.G. $200.00;
100,000 30 caliber U.S.G. $32,00; 25,000 50 caliber armor
piercing U.S.G.$250.00; delivery in two weeks.
5,000 Thompson guns U.S.G. $135.00.
